FIVE YEARS AGO…
We nervously sold our first crumpets, to enthusiastic buyers. They were a bit ordinary to be honest, but we put ourselves out there anyway.
850,000+ crumpets later, we feel like we have got a handle on it now!
Thanks to @farmgatemarket for giving us a home, our retailers for taking a punt, our wonderful customers for your loyalty and enthusiasm, and our staff past and present for helping us create.
Without all of you, our crumpets simply would not exist.
Let`s see where this road takes us.

On this beautiful frosty morning, we had a Tassie Grains sourdough crumpet, topped with scrambled Clucking Good eggs, spring onions from @xaisfreshvegetables and shaved truffle from @truffles_of_tasmania , all sourced from @farmgatemarket

Maybe it`s the local apple soaked in Tassie Whisky, maybe it`s the fresh apple juice from just down the road, maybe it`s the exotic spices or maybe it`s the long slow ferment we use.
